We accept as forms of payment PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro & JCB, and also any account credits from any prior returns or refunds. Please note we do not accept American Express.
Please Note: When using Paypal to checkout, delivery charges will be shown once you have been directed to the PayPal website and you have entered your delivery address.
All our prices are quoted in Sterling, and include VAT at the current rate.
Delivery, Returns & Refunds
In accordance with distance selling regulations, you may cancel a distance contract to purchase a product or products from us at any time within 7 working days after the date you place your order. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason whatsoever you can do so by notifying us, in writing at email@example.com, up to 7 days from the date you place your order. All stationery items whether personalised or not are made-to-order, so unfortunately these are non-returnable after this 7 day period has lapsed.
Stationery items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, or there has been an error made by Eagle Eyed Bride after the proof has been approved (if applicable). I'm afraid we cannot accept returns due to customer typos or errors. Please check and re-check your proof, as once approved you accept responsibility for any errors that may be contained within it. I'm afraid in this circumstance, we cannot accept any responsibility for this. Over to you!
In order to make a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days from the date you received your goods, quoting your order reference in the subject title, and stating the reason for the return. Once authorised, returns should then be sent to EEB Returns, 69 Gordon Road, London, GB, E18 3DT. We would recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will refund the full goods value of any returned items meeting these criteria within 28 days of receipt, unfortunately we cannot refund delivery costs.
Once your return has been received, approved, and processed by us, a credit will automatically be raised to your original method of payment and you will be notified by email.
In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will email you and advise the expected delivery date. If you then wish to cancel the order, we will refund in full to your original method of payment.
We know you brides-to-be are VERY busy, the last thing you need is to be waiting for deliveries and making endless trips to the post office. We aim to send all items to you in a maximum of two deliveries per order: one for delivery of stationery, and one for non-stationery items.

Non-personalised items - Dispatched approx 10 working days from date of order
Personalised items - Dispatched approx 10-15 working days from date of order *

Balloon tassels & tassel garlands are made to order, therefore these will be dispatched within 21 days from date of order.
Photo Booths will be dispatched within 21 days from date of order.
Straws and single balloons will be dispatched within 3 working days from date of order.
All other items will be dispatched within 10 working days from date of order.
